How to Stop Paying and Delete Your CrushOn AI Account

Two separate steps: cancel the subscription (stops billing), then delete the account (removes your data). Do them in this order. Deleting the account first does not automatically stop billing.

If you subscribed on the website:

  1. Log in → Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel
  2. Confirm — status should change to "Cancels on [date]"
  3. Access continues until the end of the paid period

If you subscribed through Google Play:

  1. Play Store → profile icon → Subscriptions → CrushOn AI → Cancel

If you subscribed through the App Store:

  1. iPhone Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → CrushOn AI → Cancel

If in doubt about which payment method you used: Check your email for a subscription confirmation from when you first subscribed. The sender will be Stripe, SubscribeStar, Google, or Apple depending on your signup method.

No refund for the current period. Access continues through the end of what you already paid for.

After billing is cancelled:

Web (crushon.ai):

  1. Log in → click profile icon → Account Settings
  2. Scroll to the bottom → Delete Account
  3. Enter your password to confirm
  4. Confirm deletion

Android app:

  1. Profile icon → Settings → Delete Account (at the bottom) → confirm

Cannot find the option? Email info@crushon.ai from your account email requesting account deletion. They process these requests.

What Gets Deleted vs. What Stays

Deleted:

  • Login credentials
  • Conversation history
  • Private characters
  • Remaining coins (no refund)
  • Unused subscription days (no refund)

May stay:

  • Public characters you created (delete them manually before deleting account if you want them removed)
  • Data retained for legal compliance (standard for all commercial platforms)

To-do before deleting:

  • Delete public characters you do not want left in the library
  • Screenshot any conversation content you want to keep
  • Confirm billing is cancelled through your payment method
